The following information relates to the products and interpretive services relating to LANDMARK Environmental reports. Option A. Site screening
Envirosearch single residential screen for potential land contamination
issues.
£40 (plus VAT)
OR
Sitecheck Assess commercial or development site screen for potential
land contamination issues.
from £150.00 (plus VAT)
electronic fast service.
Option B. CLR-Services
Additional collective work that will involve contact with the Local
Authorities and the Environment Agency. Additionally the procurement of
further Landmark data products such as Homecheck Flood and Plansearch
may be warranted.
Up to 8 questions may need verification; the client chooses the parameters
that are to be in addition to land contamination considerations.
The data and further information will be subject to professional interpretation
and outline concluding comments for guidance.
Dependent on the need for further enquiry the total fees charged for
option 'B' are as follows:
For a single residential property: from £100.00 to £250.00
(plus VAT).
For commercial property and development site: from £150.00 to
£450.00 (plus VAT).
The initial Landmark Environmental Screening Data from Option A will be
required. The associated fee will be additional OR
Option C. CLR-Services
Clients can provide previously obtained Environmental Screening Reports from other suppliers for assessment as in B.
Fees for the Option C CLR-Services service as Option B.
The screening report must have been provided within the last three months.
CLR Services will not assess material that is out of date and is
not provided by a recognised supplier.
(Third party reports will not be covered by Landmark indemnity or recognised
by insurers)
