WPA Consultants Ltd have developed WPA C.L.E.A.R to bridge the gap between Environmental Information provided by the Landmark Information Group, and the interpretation and use of this information by solicitors and homeowners. We are an authorised reseller of Landmark Information products.
Contaminated Land and Environmental Assessment Reporting (C.L.E.A.R.) follows from screening by the Landmark Information Group, and provides more advanced reports using information obtained from the regulators (Local Authorities and the Environment Agency) by specific enquiry on the points at issue found during screening.
If concerns are raised during the initial screening a WPA C.L.E.A.R will determine if they are significant. If they are shown to be of concern WPA will provide guidance and options for further investigation.
